Nailed it!

Saw it. Made it. Loved it. That would be the Leftover Roast Chicken Soup with Roasted Vegetables
 from Against All Grain blog.
Click on the link above for the recipe. Only changes I made was adding fresh ginger (1/2" piece) with the vegetables to roast and using leftover rotiserrie chicken. So delicious and perfect for fall.
