Nailed it: Glazed Apple Crumb Muffin

So I kinda nailed this one.The recipe for this Glazed Apple Crumb Muffin is from Sally's Baking Addiction...and I say kinda because mine doesn't look like hers and I'm pretty sure I failed on the glaze. Still, it tastes great, looks decent and was super easy to make. My boys and I have been enjoying it for breakfast and snacks all week.
