Morrocan Lamb Stew

Remember the freezer meals I prepped a couple of weeks ago?  We have been working our way through them slowly, a meal or two a week.  Last week, I made the Morrocan Lamb Stew not knowing how it was going to turn, crossing my fingers when I dumped it into the crock pot.  It smelled wonderful cooking and tasted even better when it was done.  I microwaved a sweet potato, cubed it and added it into the stew before serving.  Served it with some couscous (box mis) and pita bread.  Delicious!
